Residential Demolition
Old houses, condemned buildings, detached garages, sheds, chicken houses — whatever is on your property that needs to go, we handle the full demolition and cleanup. We bring the right equipment, a plan for debris, and leave you with usable property when we're done.
Demolition jobs have a lot of moving parts — utilities that need disconnecting, permits in some jurisdictions, hazardous materials like asbestos in older structures that require professional abatement before demo. We help you navigate all of it before we swing the first bucket.
Organized Cleanup
A demolition project generates enormous volumes of debris — and how it's handled matters. We use 40-yard containers rotated throughout the project to keep material moving. Metal, concrete, wood, and yard waste are separated to reduce landfill costs and make disposal more efficient.
Our goal at the end of every demolition job is a clean, organized property with improved usability — not just a pile of rubble left for you to deal with.
What We Demolish
House Demolition
Full residential structure demolition. We work with your utility company and local jurisdiction on disconnects and permits before the first swing.
Shed & Outbuilding Removal
Old sheds, barns, chicken houses, detached garages, workshops — whatever outbuildings need to come down, we handle the full removal and site cleanup.
Concrete Slab Removal
Break up and remove existing slabs — driveways, patios, pool decks, foundation pads. Concrete is staged and loaded efficiently in 40-yard containers.
Asphalt Removal
Old asphalt driveways, parking areas, and pads broken up and hauled. We can grade the sub-base for a fresh install or restore the area to natural grade.
Foundation Removal
After structure demolition, we can break up and remove the remaining foundation if the site will be repurposed or sold without structures.
Site Restoration
After demolition and cleanup, rough grade and optionally hydroseed the disturbed area. We can take your property from tear-down to a clean, finished lot.
Important
Before any structure is demolished, electricity, gas, water, and sewer lines must be properly disconnected or capped by licensed providers. We'll help you identify who to contact and what needs to happen before we mobilize. Skipping this step creates serious hazards and legal liability. We don't start until we know utilities are clear.
Questions
Permit requirements vary by county and city. In most cases, a demolition permit is required for any principal structure (house, commercial building). Small outbuildings like sheds may not require permits in unincorporated areas. We'll help you identify what's required for your specific location before we begin.
Homes built before 1980 often contain asbestos in floor tiles, insulation, roofing, and other materials. Asbestos must be tested and professionally abated before demolition — this is a federal requirement. We do not perform asbestos abatement, but we can point you to licensed professionals and won't begin work until we know abatement is complete.
A typical single-family house demolition — structure down, debris loaded, site cleaned and rough graded — takes 2–5 days depending on structure size, debris volume, and how many container rotations are needed. We give you a realistic timeline estimate before work starts.
Yes — if there are materials worth salvaging (metal, certain lumber, doors, windows, fixtures), we can separate them during demo. Metal in particular has scrap value. We discuss salvage opportunities during the walkthrough so nothing valuable goes in a landfill that doesn't need to.
